RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Accompanied by the original packaging and tags.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the item securely and include all original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship the return using a tracked delivery service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on lindadonigian.com.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Sale Items”.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
